Shaun T is BACK and I could not be more excited for his newest program- Dig Deeper. This program is ALL lifting- which is VERY different from previous Shaun T programs. But the motivation and inspiration is next level from Shaun T in this program- and you are going to love it here.

🗓️ Workouts are 6 days a week, 30-50 minutes a day. They include 5 days of lifting and just 1 day of optional, low-impact cardio. (No jumping or high impact required!)
🏋️ You will need a variety of dumbbells for the workouts with much heavier dumbbells than you are used to using. You will also need a lifting bench for Dig Deeper.
📢 You’ll start with weights that are comfortable yet challenging for your fitness level and work your way up, pushing beyond your limits to achieve more than you thought you could. There is no modifier for this program, but Shaun T’s cues and adjustments are for everyone
⏱️ DIG DEEPER comes with a “No Excuses” collection of under-25-minute lifting workouts when you’re short on time so you can stay committed, no matter what comes your way

I’ve been using Beachbody, now BODi, for almost 6 years and I’m so thankful I found it when I did. I was living a very sedentary life and not eating nutritious foods while having so many digestive issues all day long. This is what opened the door for me to find my love for daily movement and healthy foods. I now crave my workouts and healthy foods. I have definitely had my ups and downs along the way and it’s been a slow journey of lifestyle changes but I cannot imagine this not being a part of my life. This community and these workouts helped me gain strength and confidence to do things I once thought I could never do - example: completing a marathon! I started Beachbody January of 2020 during the C!
I originally lost 25 pounds within 6 months. I was doing SO good until I actually got C in August of 2021. I “fell” off the wagon… didn’t go back to exercising and started eating whatever I wanted! I gained 10 pounds back and a lot of bloating and swelling.
I got frustrated. I was miserable. I felt like pure crap!
I started trying to exercise again January 22 by myself and I dabbled in it, but wasn’t super serious again like I was.
I saw Haley’s invite to trying a new gut healthy program! And I already knew how bad my gut was & was super scared to try a new nutrition plan that would test my cravings!
Well.. I started that program on March of 2022… I felt better than I did when I first started exercising in 2020!
And now here I am, 1 year later after gut health and 3 years later from the beginning of my journey, I feel so much better!
My journey has not been linear! It was up and down.. I stopped when I shouldn’t have, and guess what?
I felt like crap. LESSON LEARNED!
