This is a group that I am so very excited to bring to you mamas! If you are a breastfeeding mama , an expecting mama, or just a mama in a season where you need an uplifting and supportive community, this is the place for you!

Twice a week I will be doing breastfeeding education or pre/postnatal education! I will also give you daily motherhood encouragement or just some good old mama humor!

Before coming home full-time, I was a lactation consultant (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) at our local hospital on the Motherbaby unit! I worked on that unit for almost 5 years! I found a huge passion for that population after working on that unit for so many years! It is such an honor that I still get to use that passion in the space that I am in now!

I am expecting my fourth baby, so I am very much in the season of mothering littles and expecting another! I have found that doing this journey together is way better than trying to do it alone!
