Hi! Welcome to Milky Waves Lactation Services! My name is Haley Sellers, RN, IBCLC. Nice to meet you!
My hearts desire is that I can help you mamas feel so confident in the ability to breastfeed/provide breastmilk to your baby and reduce the amount of anxiety & stress post delivery. I want you to feel well educated and informed before your baby arrives so you know ahead of time what to expect. I want you to be able to enjoy those precious newborn days without all of the worry and stress of trying to figure out breastfeeding! Let’s be in the KNOW ahead of time!
Milky Waves is a lactation service that can provide you prenatal consultations, post delivery consultations, and follow ups as needed. These can be done in person or virtually.
I am so honored to be able to serve you mamas and pray this page can be a wealth of information, encouragement, and excitement for you!
This class will help you prepare for your breastfeeding experience with your newborn. Partners are encouraged to attend!! Topics include getting started, latching and positioning the baby, overcoming common obstacles, learning your baby's hunger cues, establishing a good milk supply, and how to know if your baby is getting enough milk. There will be time at the end for Q&A.

Haley helped me and my daughter so much! As a first time mom will little to none breastfeeding education prior to having my daughter I was going in blind. We had a rocky start but with the help of haley I can proudly say we are almost to 6 months of exclusively breastfeeding. Between latching, positioning, all the questions I’ve had haley has been there every step of the way. As easy as it would have been for me to quit haley kept giving me guidance through it all and we wouldn’t be here now without her. One of the best LC’s and such a dear friend to all as well.

Haley has been so helpful to answer questions about nutrition, exercise and supplements with nursing. I was having a panic moment when my milk first came in, not wanting to get engorged. I sent her and message and she quickly responded with what to do, and it worked! She also has helped me understand how to have the best nutrition for nourishment and milk supply.
I felt all alone my first go-around at nursing my first baby a few years ago. It’s been so nice this time having someone with the knowledge and experience to ask questions and not feel alone 💕
